William “Bill” Bojeczko and his dad George Bojeczko, where looking to buy an “investment business” when Bill started working for Clem. Clem looking to sell Excel, was not about to sell it to just anyone. He took great pride in the business he had built and saw a great hard work ethic in Bill which reminded him of his self. Once Bill proved himself, Clem eventually sold him the Chicago based corned beef business. Bill started as an employee in 1980 and has been the only owner since then.
